Talamanca Beach, Ibiza

Talamanca Beach is one of the most convenient beaches close to Ibiza Town, combining a long stretch of sand with calm Mediterranean waters, a waterfront promenade and an excellent choice of places to eat.

Located around 2 kilometres from Ibiza Town, Talamanca is particularly popular with families, couples and visitors staying around Marina Botafoch, Can Pep Simó and Cap Martinet. The beach stretches for approximately 900 metres around a sheltered bay, making it a great choice for swimming, relaxing in the sun or enjoying a leisurely lunch overlooking the sea.

Restaurants in Talamanca

One of the attractions of Talamanca is its variety of restaurants. You can find everything from informal beachfront lunches and traditional Mediterranean cooking to some of Ibiza's more sophisticated dining experiences.

For relaxed dining beside the beach, restaurants around the bay serve Mediterranean dishes, fresh fish, seafood, tapas and rice dishes. Local options include Bellamar Restaurant, Hostal Talamanca, Bahía Talamanca and Es Llaut d'en Marc.

At the far end of the bay, Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay brings a more luxurious style of dining to Talamanca, including the internationally renowned Nobu restaurant with its Japanese cuisine and Peruvian influences.

Continue around the coastline towards Cap Martinet and you'll find Sa Punta, another well-known Ibiza dining destination. For something completely different, seek out the Fish Shack, an unpretentious restaurant set on the rocks where the focus is firmly on freshly prepared fish, seafood and the Mediterranean setting.

Talamanca & Ibiza Town

Talamanca's location is one of its biggest advantages. The beach feels considerably more relaxed than central Ibiza Town, yet Marina Botafoch and the shops, restaurants and nightlife of Ibiza Town are within easy reach.
