Tapas & Paella Menu

The Tapas and Paella sharing menu gives you the best of both worlds, cooked for you in your villa by a private chef.

It is €85.80 per person based on 10 people, with 3 hours of waiter or waitress service included for groups of 9 or more.

Choose 3 tapas dishes to share, including traditional payesa salad, artichoke salad with tuna and boiled egg, chicken Caesar salad with Ibizan herb croutons, a trio of homemade croquettes, chorizos in cider, garlic shrimp casserole with garlic chips or Padron peppers.

Then choose 1 Paella for all diners: mixed Paella with country style chicken and seafood, blind fish and seafood Paella without bones or shells, or a vegetarian Paella with seasonal vegetables.

Desserts include Ensaimada with vanilla ice cream, caramelised torrija with citrus or creamy cheesecake with chocolate cookies and red berries.
