Meat Lovers BBQ Menu

The Ibiza Meat Lovers BBQ is built for serious carnivores, cooked for you in your villa by a private chef.

It is €96.80 per person based on 10 people, with tiered pricing for smaller groups and 3 hours of waiter or waitress service included for groups of 9 or more.

The menu includes marinated olives, bread and aioli.

Choose 3 starters including fennel and rocket salad with orange and prawns, prawns with curry and mango mayonnaise, roasted beetroot salad with aged Ibizan cheese, or classic steak tartare with pickles.

Mains include Galician beef ribeye steak, Iberian pork secret with Canarian mojo picon, chicken lollipops in homemade buffalo sauce and lamb ribs, with sides such as roasted baby potatoes with thyme and rosemary, roasted sweet potato, grilled green asparagus and Padron peppers.

Desserts include torrija with coconut ice cream, Ensaimada from Ibiza with vanilla ice cream or creamy cheesecake with chocolate cookies and red berries.
