Asian Mediterranean BBQ Menu

The Asian Mediterranean BBQ is a classic BBQ with an Asian twist, cooked for you in your villa by a private chef.
The price is €88 euros per person, or €110 per person including Sangria, with a minimum spend of €800.

Starters include fresh Thai salad with ripe mango and toasted cashews, roasted pumpkin on white bean cream with yuzu vinaigrette, Asian style grilled vegetables and steamed baos filled with pulled ribs. From the grill choose marinated beef churrasco, butterflied free range chicken with satay sauce or pork loin skewers with Asian wok vegetables, paired with chilli oil, sweet and sour or teriyaki sauces, and sides such as fragrant vegetable rice, wok fried edamame and smoked sweet potato puree with miso.

Desserts are mango sticky rice with coconut milk or chai tea sponge cake with chantilly cream.
An unlimited 3 hour drinks package is available at €38.50 per person, and a waiter is required at €180 per 10 diners.
