Mixed BBQ Menu

The Ibiza Mixed Grill BBQ combines the best of seafood and meat, cooked for you in your villa by a private chef.

It is €84.70 per person based on a minimum of 10 people, with tiered pricing for smaller groups and 3 hours of waiter or waitress service included for groups of 9 or more.

The menu includes marinated olives, bread and aioli.

Choose 3 starters including roasted beetroot salad with aged Ibizan cheese and wine poached pears, scallops with green sauce, artichoke salad with tuna and boiled egg, or classic tartare with pickles.

Mains include beef skirt steak with chimichurri, grilled marinated salmon, chicken with Ibizan herbs, caramelised ribs with barbecue sauce and grilled prawns with garlic and parsley sauce, with sides such as potatoes with mojo picon, grilled green asparagus and traditional Padron peppers.

Desserts include Catalan creme with red fruits, a fruit, mint and citrus ceviche or Ensaimada from Ibiza with vanilla ice cream.

Minimum spend is €550.
