I just wanted to thank you and the team for our stay in Torre Bes Villa. We all had a fantastic time and the Villa was perfect for us with great character and location. The early check-in you arranged was a god send and when we spoke with the office during the week they allowed us u few extra hours to check out. Your support with transport worked perfectly on arrival and we continued to use the same transport company throughout our stay as they we really friendly and punctual. Thanks again for your great customer service and I'll be sure to recommend you and hopefully use you again in the future. 

Wonderful rustic villa which made our stay highly enjoyable. Unique Ibiza Villas helped us source this gorgeous place and went above and beyond. To help us find something within budget and of high quality. Love the garden and pool it is where we spent most of our days! Only downside was the lack of internet throughout our stay, connection wasn't great. However small things which aren't going to stop us from booking again with Unique villas.

Amazing villa with bags of character, fantastic views, sufficiently isolated to feel like you weren't at all overlooked yet less than a 5 minute walk to a small Spanish bar that did food and a short drive to larger supermarkets. Great barbecuing space. The villa stayed relatively cool inspire of it not having A/C so don't let that put you off, the walls are very thick and the windows small which is the traditional design to keep heat out in the summer - it works.

Torre Bes is a traditional house about 3.3 kilometres from San Antonio Bay. The house would have been one of the original buildings in the San Antonio area. The location is semi-rural and to the front of the house are rural views.. if you don't go looking for it then you won't even know San Antonio is there. The house is rustic with low ceiling heights in certain parts. The main bathroom downstairs is totally unique as it is built in the towers section. As with all traditional houses the inside can be quite dark so as to keep the heat out in the summer months. If you prefer modern than this villa is not right for you, but if you like rustic, charming & character then this is a great villa. There is a typical Spanish bar (Can Ramonet) about 750 metres from the villa so its a good point for getting a taxi and a reference point for getting home. The legendary boutique Pikes Hotel is less then 2 kilometres away.
