OVERVIEW

Villa Magnolia is in the village of Es Cubells just a hop, skip and jump from 2 great traditional restaurants.
This is a simple villa with 3 bedrooms but clean and cosy
All bedrooms have air conditioning

The main bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom and the remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom

There is a simple kitchen and living area that leads to a covered terrace

The swimming pool measures 9 metres x 4 metres

Brick built charcoal BBQ are with shade

The area around the pool is grass

As you are so close to the village you should expect some traffic noise from when you are sitting by the pool, but this is not a very busy road, although it is the main road in and out of the village.

The property is fully fenced

LOCATION

The villa is located in Es Cubells village; a lovely small, traditional village with 2 traditional restaurants and a church, and fantastic sea views.
You can explore some of the smaller beaches from here, or head towards the larger village of Sant Josep which is the gateway to the beaches in the west; or head to Ibiza Town.

The closest beach is Ses Boques 1.8 kilometres: a small pebbly beech with an amazing seafood restaurant

Other small beaches include Es Torrent at 5.5 kilometres and Playa Es Bol Nou (Sa Caleta)  at 11.5 kilometres

For larger beaches head west to Cala Vadella (10 kilometres) and Cala Tarida (14 kilometres); and south to Cala Jondal (9 kilometres), Playa den Bossa (16  kilometres), Salinas and Es Cavallet (20 kilometres)  

Sant Josep village is 7.5 kilometres with 2 supermarkets and about 10 restaurants, bars and cafes

Ibiza Town is 18 kilometres to the centre (about a2 5 minute drive)

WHAT WE THINK

Great location in one of the most expensive areas in Ibiza. The villa is simple and has air con; as we mention there is a road parallel to the villa but traffic should be minimal with people driving to beaches during the day and visiting the 2 restaurants in the village in the evening which should be closed by midnight at the latest.

For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging transport.
