VILLA BOHO
OVERVIEW
Villa Boho is about 2 kilometres from the traditional small
village of Es Cubells in the southwest of Ibiza
There are 4 bedrooms
The villas is simple, unfussy, comfortable and quite charming. The
area of Es Cubells is home to some of the most expensive villas on
the island because of the spectacular sea views; with Villa Boho
you get the same views for less!
The villa consists of two adjoining parts
There are 2 bedrooms in the main part and 2 bedrooms with separate
entrance next to the main house
In the main house are 2 bedrooms, one with double beds and one
with small twin beds (better suited to children)
These bedrooms share a bathroom
On this floor is the open plan kitchen and living area which leads
to a porch with dining area and steps lead to the swimming pool and
the 2 additional bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed and en
suite bathroom. These bedrooms can be open plan or separated via
the interconnecting door

The swimming pool measures 9 metres x 5 metres
With loungers and some shade from the mature pine trees
There is ping pong / table tennis with shade
The villa has a gated entrance and is private, you do have neighbours but are not overlooked
LOCATION
Villa Boho is ideal if you are looking to experience the more traditional side of Ibiza with 2 traditional restaurants in the small village of Es Cubells about 2 kilometres away
One of the best seafood restaurants (in our opinion) is less than 4 kilometres away; Restaurante Ses Boques sits on the pebbly beach of Ses Boques and is ideal for long lazy lunches
At Es Torrent beach (Pebbly) is another long established and popular traditional seafood restaurant (also called Es Torrent)
The (mostly) sandy beach od Cala d'Hort is only 6 kilometres
away with more traditional beachfront seafood restaurants that are
a must to visit and experience. Cala d'Hort and the surrounding
area is also famous for views of the rocky island of Es Vedra by
day and even more spectacular at sundown
Cala Carbo (10 kilometres) is another smaller beach with 2 great
beachfront seafood restaurants
For busier, larger and sandy beaches head to:
Cala Vadella (10 kilometres)
Cala Tarida (14 kilometres)
If you are after beach clubs then Cotton beach club is located in Cala Tarida and Blue Marlin at Cala Jondal (9 kilometres) with livelier beaches and beach clubs at Cala Bassa (16 kilometres) in the west and to the south Playa den Bossa (16 kilometres) and Salinas (20 kilometres).
San Jose (Sant Josep) village is 8 kilometres with about 10 restaurants and a couple of good size supermarkets; and this village is the gateway to reaching many of the beaches on the west coast within 30 minutes maximum

car)

you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:

Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
