Everything went so smoothly for us. Having landed we had booked the car hire via the link on UIV web site. The guy from Motoluis was where he said he would be. We made our way to UIV offices as instructed on the documents which were easy enough to follow. There we met with Roberto and after completing the necessary paperwork, he took us to our villa which was about 25mins from Ibiza town. We had also utilised the full fridge service also offered on the web site which was of great use particularly as we had landed on a Sunday afternoon and didn't want to loose the first few days having to do a supermarket shop. All in all the villa was great, in a perfect location for us and everything happened as it was supposed to do resulting in a great relaxing weeks holiday for us. Great Villa for family of 5 which included 3 teenagers.(18+) Easy to get to Ibiza town or Saint Antonio about 30mins each. Great snorkeling beaches close by with plenty of beach restaurants to choose from, all at varying prices to suit your needs. Handy small supermarket and bakery 5 mins away that fulfills most needs with a handy bar / restaurant next door.

La Villa is a 3 bedroom houyse located in the residential area of Cala den Real, just around the bay from the sandy beach at Cala Vadella. We think this is a really cosy villa, perfect for couples or families with older children. It's a compact property but well equipped. On the ground floor you enter in to the open living & kitchen area & large patio doors take you to the covered dining area & swimming pool. The master bedrooms is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area. A metal staircase take you to the upper level where there is a bedroom with twin beds & a bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms the bedrooms are not big but then how much space do you need ?. The 2 upstairs bedrooms lead to a shared terrace with sea views, but this terrace is not suitable for young children, but there is a Jacuzzi hot tub so perfect for adults. You also have sea & sunset vies from the terrace. There is also a roof terrace accessed by a spiral staircase, but again there is very little wall height up here so this villa is not suitable for young children. The property is semi-detached and being in a residential area you do have very immediate neighbours. Getting taxis to & from this property should be relatively straight forward as the location is residential and there is a street address (Quite unusual in Ibiza!). There is also a small supermarket & bar/restaurant about 2 kilometres from the house.
