OVERVIEW
Villa Amaris is a modern 6-bedroom front line sea view luxury Ibiza villa with direct access to small beach, its own boat/dock mooring and with 2 boats available to hire (at an additional cost)
The villa included staff including chef, driver and 2 cars (or
you can drive yourself if you prefer), and daily cleaning (normally
Sunday is the one day staff have free)
There are between 2 to 4 members of staff depending on the time of
year
The chef will provide informal dishes; please ask us for full
details
To put it simply this is one of the best villas in Ibiza
The villa is located on the upmarket gated residential area of Vista Alegre (which has staff 24 hours a day to monitor and check all arrivals and departures to this residential community) in the southwest corner of Ibiza; close to the small traditional village of Es Cubells and the beach clubs in Cala Jondal
Living area and kitchen situated on the ground floor with sea views and floor to ceiling windows leading to the main terrace, infinity edge swimming pool and outside dining area; steps to the sea, rocky beach and pontoon where you can either moor your own boat or the villa owner can rent either one or 2 boats with skipper to you - please ask us for details

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
