Villa Can Nuri is a modern villa located close to Cala Jondal and the airport; therefore, a great location for exploring the south and west of Ibiza
This modern villa has 5 bedrooms to sleep 10 people, with an additional guest house that can accommodate another 3 people on request
From most rooms in the villa you have spectacular views to the
headland close to where Experimental beach is situated and close to
the best beaches in Ibiza at Ses Salinas and Es Cavallet
On the first floor is a double bedroom with large terrace with
fantastic sea views
Please note this terrace has low wall height so is not suitable
for children
This bedroom is access via an external staircase
The remaining 4 bedrooms are all on the ground floor; three have
direct access to the gardens
The large open plan kitchen and living area leads to an outside chillout area and dining area facing the sea and shaded from the sun
A 40m2 gym includes treadmill, static bike and weights

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
