Villa Florimar is a 2 bedroom "casita" (small house) set on the water edge of the bay of Talamanca; the closet beach to Ibiza Town. At the sandy beach there are about 7 restaurants and Ibiza Town is only about 3 kilometres away
There are 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning and en suite

There is an option to sleep a 5th person if required

Talamanca Bay
Talamanca beach is 300 metres away with a good choice of
restaurants including traditional sea food, tapas and a
pizzeria
Talamanca is a beach popular with locals as it is also where you will find the 5 star Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay with its fine dining restaurant options.
Destino Pacha Resort is close by
Marina Botafoch is about 1 kilometre away and where you will find
Lio Restaurant Club. Other restaurants at the water's edge with
views to the sea and the old town of Ibiza (Dalt Vila), and this is
where you can hire a boat with skipper to take you to Formentera.
Alternatively take one of the many ferry services which you can
take from the harbour in Ibiza Town 2 kilometres away
Ibiza Town centre is about 2 kilometres and where you will find the widest selection of restaurants on the island to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as shops and bars for coffee, all day dining, tapas and a cerveza or 2

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
