OVERVIEW
Villa Stone has wonderful panoramic views with 5 bedrooms to
sleep 10 people
The villa is located in a quiet position in the hills between
Ibiza Town and San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) with the beaches
and beach clubs of Playa den Bossa, Salinas, Es Cavallet and Cala
Jondal close by.
All bedrooms have air conditioning
There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and a 5th independent
bedroom is available on request with separate entrance and located
next to the main house
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, air conditioning, en suite bathroom
and terrace with sea views
Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 all have twin beds and air conditioning
Bedroom 5 is independent with twin beds, air conditioning and en
suite bathroom
The kitchen is fully equipped
Open plan living and dining area has a large window (added in
2022) which offers wonderful panoramic views as well as flooding
light in to the room.

You can not see many neighbours to the front or to the
side

At the gated entrance at the bottom of the drive is a small house where the owners live. They will not disturb you but are on hand if you require any assistance during your stay

Villa Stone is a 5 bedroom villa located in a quiet position in the hills between Ibiza Town & Sant Josep - ideal for visiting Ibiza Town, the beaches and beach clubs of Playa den Bossa, Ses Salinas, Es Cavallet and Cala Jondal, as well as good access to the west coast beaches for lazy days and sunset views.
If you are looking for lively beach clubs head to Blue Marlins at Cala Jondal (8 kilometres). Jockey Club at Salinas beach (11.5 kilometres) and Nassau Beach Club om Playa de Bossa Beach (7.6 kilometres)
If you are looking for a more laidback vibe head to Beach House
in Playa den Bossa, Tropicana at Cala Jondal and Malibu at Salinas
beach.
If you are looking for traditional and authentic head to San Jose
(Sant Josep de sa Talaia) village (10 kilometres), Es Torrent beach
(10 kms) and Sa Caleta restaurant (approx. 8 kilometres) at Playa
Es Bol Nou for sea food dining on the beach, or a little further
afield but still only about a 15 minute drive is the small village
of Es Cubells with 2 great restaurants close to the church square
and a fantastic sea food restaurants at the rocky beach of Ses
Boques a few kilometres further away.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
