Villa Vella is a superb large villa in a superb location in area of Cap Martinet; regarded, by many to be one of the best locations in Ibiza as well as one of the most expensive areas on the White Isle due to its very close proximity to Ibiza Town
There are a minimum of 6 bedrooms to sleep a minimum of 12 people
but the villa can sleep more on request - please ask us
All bedrooms have air conditioning & en suite bathroom.
The villa is set over 2 floors; entry level and lower level.
On the entry level are 4 bedrooms
2 bedroom with double bed (one is the master bedroom) and both
have en suite bathroom
2 bedrooms with twin beds and en suite bathroom (one with shower
and Hamman).
On the lower level are 2 bedrooms with twin beds and en suite bathroom...
Also on the lower level are the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large living room; leading to the terraces and the pool.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
