Villa Ora is a large 3 bedroom villa located in the upmarket
residential area of Can Besso close to Can Rimbau; 3 kilometres to
the centre of Ibiza Town, and close to the small beaches at Cala
Olivera, Cala Espart and Playa S'estanyol
The villa is located in the gated residential community Can Besso
- a wealthy suburb of Ibiza Town. Built on the hills behind
Ibiza Town close to Talamanca beach and Ibiza Town with great views
to the Dalt Vila (Medieval Ibiza Town) and the sea. For many people
this is one of the best locations in Ibiza.
The nearest large beach is Talamanca, where there are a number of beach restaurants is also home to Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay. Destino Five is also close by
The buzz of Ibiza Town and some of the best restaurants on the island are less than 3 kilometres as well as Pacha, Heart, Lio and the only casino in Ibiza, located at the Ibiza Gran Hotel. The harbour and also Marina Botafoch are in this area and where the super yachts moor and where you can take a boat or yacht (with skipper included) around the island or to the neighbouring island of Formentera for lunch at Juan y Andreas, Can Besso or one of the other beach front restaurants.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
