OVERVIEW
Villa Tara is a beautifully restored traditional finca set within a large rural plot in the north of Ibiza; 2 kilometres to the village of San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat) and close San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja) and Benirras beach.
The villa has 5 bedrooms set over 2 floors
All bedrooms have air conditioning
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, air
conditioning, living area with sofa, traditional Sabina wood
ceiling, triple Juliette balcony with rural views and also to the
pool; and en suite bathroom with shower
On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has twin beds. Bathroom
The 5th bedroom is attached to the main house with a separate entrance that leads directly to and from the gardens. This bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning and en suite bathroom
On the ground floor of the main house is a fully equipped kitchen and the double height living room with traditional Sabina wood ceiling, dining table, sofa and large wooden door that leads to the:

LOCATION
Situated in the beautiful and relaxed countryside of north Ibiza the villa is 2 kilometres from the traditional village of San Miguel (Sant Miquel de Balansat), 7 kilometres from the traditional villages of San Juan (Sant Joan de Balansat) and Santa Gertrudis; both villages have a great choice of restaurants. Every Sunday in San Juan village is a popular market where you can meander through the cobbled streets and enjoy the music later in the afternoon
For beaches then head to Benirras (6 kilometres); famous for the drumming to welcome the sunset each Sunday and sometime son other days as well. This is the "hippy" north of the White isle and the influence from those seeking a more relaxed life is as evident today as it was when they first decided to make the caves in the north of Ibiza their home
Other nearby beaches include Puerto San Miguel with good restaurants; and the smaller beach and Cala Xarraca
The centre of Ibiza Town is 18.5 kilometres with a huge choice of restaurants as well as a chance to visit the UNESCO World Heritage site if the old town with its history that included the Romans and Moors

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
