OVERVIEW
Villa Can Cosmi is only 1 kilometre from the beach and
restaurants at Es Canar and less than 4 kilometres to the larger
resort of Santa Eulalia on the east coast of Ibiza
The villa has 4 bedrooms to sleeps 8
Built over 2 floors and with air conditioning in all bedrooms
Two bedrooms are on the first floor with the remaining bedrooms on the ground floor
On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, air
conditioning, en suite bathroom and access to a large balcony /
terrace that looks across to the pool and the gardens
There is an additional bedroom with double bed and air
conditioning on the first floor which also has access to the
balcony / terrace
On the ground floor are the remaining bedrooms

The kitchen, dining and living area is semi open plan
The kitchen is modern with traditional features including the
ceiling
There is a dining and living area open plan from then kitchen and
an archway that leads to another living room from where you can
access the gardens.

LOCATION
Villa Libelula is located between Santa Eulalia & Es Canar. The nearest beach is Es Canar which is only one kilometre away, and with another 7 or 8 beaches within 5 kilometres, so ideal for exploring the great beaches and beach restaurants on the east coast.
Es Canar also has a weekly hippy market every Wednesday in the
summer (known as Punta Arabi market). Cala Nova is 1.9 kilometres
away (for some great relaxed beach restaurants including Atzaro
Beach) and S'argamassa is perhaps best known for being home to
Nikki Beach Club 2 kilometres away.
The large resort of Santa Eulalia is 3.7 kilometres, the small
Beach at Cala Pada 4.2 kilometres, and the popular beach at Cala
Llenya is 5 kilometres away. Other nearby beaches are at Niu Blau
& Cala Martina.
Las Dalias hippy market is only 4 kilometres
San Carlos village is 5 kilometres
Further afield is Aguas Blancas (Aigua Blanca) 14 kilometres and
Ibiza Town is 19 kilometres by road or you can take one of the
regular ferry services from Santa Eulalia for a different view of
the island

This is a great villa in a semi-rural area but just a short walk to Es Canar, beaches & restaurants. Please note that from the gardens & pool area you may hear some road noise.
