The villa has 5 bedrooms (with a 6th bedroom available on
request); all bedrooms have air conditioning.

WHAT WE THINK
10 minute drive from Santa Gertrudis (less in decent SUV or Jeep) a little longer in a Fiat 500! A bit of a bumpy track as you drive up through the woods. You arrive at a gate which is the private driveway to 3 houses; the first one is Casa Pepita. From the outside it just looks like quite a simple house but when you walk in to the living area the views are spectacular; panoramic views across the trees hills and mountains with a distant sea view towards Santa Eulalia
Lovely decor; straight out of an interior design catalogue; this is one of the best BoHo chic houses in Ibiza we have seen and we have seen a few
Ideal for relaxing or exploring; Santa Gertrudis about 5 kilometres and about 25 minutes by car to Ibiza Town.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

TIME
Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
