Villa Divina is a large villa located close to the small village of San Lorenzo (Sant Llorenc de Balafia), which is located between the villages of Santa Gertrudis and San Juan (Sant Joan de Labritja), but only 22 minutes to Ibiza Town
The villa is only 650 metres from Restaurante La Paloma, and
less than 2 kilometres to a number of traditional restaurants
The villa has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 11
The villa consists of the main house with 6 bedrooms as well as a
great indoor/outdoor dining space opposite the swimming pool. The
combined building size is 400 m2 and the plot is 25,000 m2 set in
the rural countryside of this beautiful corner of Ibiza

KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100

Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

Check-in time from 15:00 / Check-out time on departure by

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
