The best advice we can give is to book early, prices for some villas are available around 18 months in advance of the dates you are looking to book. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated is 28 to 30, and it is worth bearing in mind that there are relatively few villas with 8 or more bedrooms and, of course, these normally get booked up quickly, especially during the peak summer months from end May to mid-September.
Some villas are available for a stay of only 2 nights or more;
these villas get booked up very quicjkly, especially for
weekends
Other larger villas have a strict 7 night minimum stay with a
Saturday arrival and departure - particularly in the busiest months
of July & August.

Our top tips for arranging a large group
- We suggesy to select 1 organised and motivated person to
co-ordinate the villa selection process, collection of deposits,
booking & subsequent communication
- Book early !! Large villas get booked up very early. Start planning now for next year
- Are there any commitment-phobes? - A lot of time can be spent finding the right villa with a certain number of bedrooms and then when it comes to the crunch the number of people drop and the villa search needs to start all over again. Why not ask everyone for a deposit when you first suggest the idea of a villa in Ibiza you know everyone is committed.
- Compromise - You will have a long wish list of requirements but work out what is really important & what will be nice to have. The budget each person is willing to spend is normally the key information & will help identify potential villas early on.
- Once you have booked the villa use our full fridge supermarket delivery service to help budget food spend / make sure all dietary requirements are covered / and avoid wasting time in the supermarket on your first day when you should be sitting by the pool with a cocktail in your hand (because you pre-ordered the drinks & snacks before you arrived in Ibiza!)
