ILLEGAL VILLA PARTIES IN IBIZA
WHAT NOT TO DO IN IBIZA !!
Not everyone comes to Ibiza to party
In fact the majority of our customers are in Ibiza to enjoy the
atmosphere, the amazing culinary options and to relax
Ibiza today is different to Ibiza in the past
It is still the best destination to go to for your Summer
holiday
But the days of partying in your villa are over; despite the idea
via some social media posts that this is regular everyday/night
behaviour
In 2025 a well known DJ was been fined €300,000 for an "illegal
party"
This is why villa owners are scared to rent their villa to a customer who doesn't want to respect the local laws
The local authorities in Ibiza are cracking down on "unofficial" parties in Ibiza
Why?
Mainly because of anti-social behaviour keeping residents awake
and creating issues for the police
We do not allow parties in any of our featured villas unless the
villa owner has give permission at the time of booking (for
weddings etc)
The villa owner will prepare the necessary paperwork to ensure
your event has the required permissions to go ahead
