Villa Paissa den Bernat is traditional villa with wonderful sea views available for holiday rental as well as events and weddings

The villa is located close to the west coast beaches of Cala Vadella, Cala Tarida & Cala Moli

The villa has renovated in 2008 and offers a comfortable, quiet and private space in a great location. Much of the furniture has been imported from Bali.

There are 5 bedrooms; all with air conditioning and en suite bathroom

2 bedrooms have king size double beds and 3 bedrooms have twin beds

The swimming pool has an infinity edge with panoramic views down to the sea, and for most of the year you are in great location for sunset

There are 2 Balinese chillout areas, a Balinese style pagoda with sofas, and seating area under the porch overhang

LOCATION

Villa Paissa den Bernat is set on the hillside with wonderful panoramic views towards the Mediterranean sea and west coast of Ibiza

The sandy family beach of Cala Vadella is 5 kilometres away with a good selection of beachfront restaurants from traditional seafood and meat to pizza restaurants

Cala Tarida beach is 8 kilometres; another sandy beach popular with families with good beach restaurants and Cotton Beach Club

Further up the west coast is Cala Bassa (12 kilometres) with sandy beach and Cala Bassa Beach Club

San Antonio Bay is the main beach for San Antonio at 11 kilometres, although certainly not the best beach, a little further along you will find the sunset vars including Café del Mar and Café Mambo and many restaurants and bars in the resort

Arguably the two best beaches in Ibiza are 22 kilometres away at Salinas and Es Cavallet with a wide choice of beach clubs and restaurants including Sa Trinxa, Jockey Club, Malibu, Beso Beach, Restaurante El Chiringuito, La Escollera and Chringay.

Blue Marlin beach club is at Cala Jondal 14 kilometres away

For villages and towns then San Jose (Sant Josep) is less than 6 kilometres with about 10 restaurants and 2 decent (if not huge) supermarkets

The traditional village of Es Cubells is 11 kilometres away with 2 traditional restaurants in the village centre.

Ibiza Town is 20 kilometres away for a fantastic choice of restaurants and bars, great shops, historical sites, and some of Ibiza's legendary nightlife including Heart, Lio & Pacha

For local taxis we recommend you use the official licenced taxi app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging transport.

Uber is not currently allowed to operate in Ibiza
