OVERVIEW
Villa Cana Susanna is a modern 3+ bedroom villa (4th bedroom available on request) offering sea and sunset views and close to the relaxed / family friendly sandy beach at Cala Vadella on the west coast of Ibiza
This stylish Ibiza house was fully renovated in 2019 to provide a modern holiday villa close to some of the best beaches and restaurants in Ibiza (and was features in Elle Decoration soon after its renovation)
There is a small supermarket and bar / restaurant only 260 metres away
You are close to the road the runs to the beach at Cala Vadella so you should expect some road noise but this also does provide easy access to the road to Cala Vadella beach as well as neighbouring beaches at Cala Moli and Cala Tarida
The villa features a lovely outside dining area which is perfect for dining at any time but we think perfect for lazy long lunches with family & friends and for enjoying the sunset
Inside is a modern kitchen with American style fridge-freezer and separate utility / laundry room
Living area with air conditioning and feature stone walls
4 bedrooms; 3 bathrooms (2 en suite)
2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor
(the master bedroom with double bed has an open plan en suite
bathroom and is located on the first floor)
The remaining 3 bedrooms have twin beds (they can be set up as doubles on request; please check with us at the time of booking).
