Villa Rafaelo is a 3+ bedroom villa sleeping 5 (extra bedroom available on request and can sleep 8 in total) only a short drive from the sandy beach resort of Cala Tarida; also home to a range of restaurants from traditional to more contemporary such as Cotton Beach Club; with many restaurants within a short drive from the villa
This west coast villa also gives you one of the best vantage points for sunset and by day you get wonderful sea views
The villa plot is 1,000 m2
The villa consists of the main house with 3 bedrooms 2 x double & 1 x twin), bathroom and bijou living area
The 4th bedroom is independent with en suite bathroom and situated in front of the pool (with steps down to the pool)
The fully equipped kitchen is also independent with dining area that open up to the outside dining area
Outside
The grounds include a wooden tree house (children only please!) and of course the private pool with loungers, parasols, Balinese style bed and a chill-out area with sofa

Just outside of the main resort of Cala Tarida but only a short drive (3 kilometres) to the beach and restaurants; with the traditional restaurant S'Espartar close by (650 metres). The more contemporary Cotton Beach Club is a 5-minute drive (3.6 kilometres)

Ibiza )located on the corner of Carrer Tarida 6 & Carrer de la

app TAXI IBIZA which should mean that local taxis can find the
villa - please be aware in summer months the demand for taxis far
outstrips the supply so please be patient when arranging
transport.

ARRIVAL PROCESS &
KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before
arrival
Where possible you will be met at the villa
Alternatively you may be able to go by yourself and we will send
you directions to the villa and a keycode
Alternatively, keys will be collected from the office in Ibiza
Town (Next to Ibiza Gran Hotel).
If you are arriving outside of office hours (until 19:30) the
following late arrival charges will apply:
- From 19:30 to 22:00 €60
- After 22:00 €100
Payment in cash on arrival please
Please advise us if the rental client named on the booking will
not be arriving first & collecting the keys
Approx. 4 weeks before you arrive we will send you an online
check-in form to speed up the process on arrival and get you
relaxing around the pool that little bit quicker

CHECK-IN/OUT
TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by
10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
