Villa Riley is a modern 5-bedroom villa located in the gated residential area of Vista Alegre on the southwest corner of Ibiza in between Es Cubells and Cala Jondal and the village of San Jose (Sant Josep) with a short drive to west coast beaches and to Ibiza Town in the south
Vista Alegre is an upmarket area ideal for anyone that appreciates the security that is included as part of this gated community. As this area is residential guests are reminded to please observe and respect the local rules regarding noise particularly after midnight

Es Cubells is a traditional village with 2 popular restaurants, a
church and stunning views around the bays. A few kilometres away is
Restaurante Ses Boques for seafood dining next to the sea,
By contrast Cala Jondal is a more hedonistic destination and home to the beach clubs of Blue Marlin and Tropicana, with 2 other restaurants in the popular pebbly bay
As well as offering really dramatic scenery this stretch of
coastline is also recognised as one of the most expensive areas of
real estate in the Mediterranean.

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
