Situated in a plot of 2,000 m2 away from the main road and only 500 metres to the village of Es Cubells with 2 very doo traditional restaurants in the village and others close by including Finca 55 which is 650 metres away. The nearest beach is also home to one of the best seafood restaurants in Ibiza (in our opinion!) at Ses Boques only 2.3 kilometres away. The sandy west coast beach at Cala d'Hort is only 7 kilometres away.

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
