This modern villa consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms and an additional annex with a further 3 bedrooms available on request (to sleep 14 people maximum)
The inside space measures 450 m2 with an outside space of 1200 m2
In the main house are the kitchen, living room and separate dining area with doors leading to the swimming pool
4 bedrooms all with en suite bathroom and air conditioning
One bedroom is situated on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms located
on the first floor; these upstairs bedrooms share a balcony

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
