Villa Marion is a private luxury retreat located in the countryside between San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) and Cala Jondal (Cala Yundal)
This exquisite contemporary property has a minimum of 5 bedrooms (additional bedrooms available on request) and offers sea views over the top of the pine trees; this forest of pine trees surrounds the villa to give you a feeling of tranquility and escapism…and yet you are only 20 minutes to Ibiza Town
The sweeping driveway leads you to the house which is split across 3 buildings and set within lush gardens
Modern interiors fused with high quality furnishings make this type of contemporary villa feel cosy and welcoming
Fully equipped (although not particularly big for the size of the house) kitchen
Open plan living / dining room which invites you step across the luscious lawn to the heated pool
All bedrooms have air conditioning and en suite bathroom (one bedroom with circular bathtub and private outside shower) with bedrooms distributed between the main building, the pool house and the additional bungalow
The master bedroom also benefits from a bathroom with a shower, separate bathtub, hammam, private chill-out space and access to the shared Jacuzzi
The villa is ideal for entertaining and can accommodate 30
people within the "beach bar" area

Set within a larger plot surrounded by a forest of pine trees but
with the ideal undulation that allows for sea views towards Cala
Jondal in the south for beach clubs including Blue Marlin and
Tropicana
The best beaches on the island at Salians & Es Cavallet are 15
kilometres whilst the west coast beach of Cala Tarida is 14
kilometres, with many other west coast beaches close by for day
time relaxing and sunsets
Ibiza Town is 13 kilometres (about 20 minutes) with Nobu Hotel Ibiza a little further on in Talamanca

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
