The villa has the capacity to sleep 13 but we can only advertise as having 3 bedrooms so please ask us for details of the other bedrooms
The villa is a little dated in parts but offers practical living space spread over 300 m2 of living space and a plot of 3,500 m2 with views towards Ibiza Town and distant sea views from the upper level

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
