Villa Can Luna is a 5-bedroom villa located in a residential area just a few steps from the sea in the area of S'argamassa close to Santa Eulalia, the sandy beach at Cala Pada, beach restaurants and Nikki Beach Ibiza. About 50 metres away is the hotel Iberostar selection Santa Eulalia and 200 metres is the ME Hotel Ibiza
Built in 2016 the villa sits just behind neighbouring property, Villa Can Aria, (so for a large group you can book both villas at the same time if you are a group of up to eighteen people)
A coastal path leads to beaches including Cala Pada, Niu Blau, to the right and Nikki Beach Ibiza to the left

Roof terrace accessed via an external staircase and from one of
the upstairs bedrooms
The 3 remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 2 have twin beds and 1 has a double bed. All bedrooms have air con and en suite bathroom

Modern villa walking distance to beaches and beach restaurants and close to the large resort of Santa Eulalia. This is a residential area and also a large hotel is close by (Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia) but this area of Ibiza is mostly popular with families and couples so noise laws should be respected from 11pm. In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
