The Beach House Cala Llenya is the ideal beachfront villa having
the best of both worlds with beach & private pool (only a short
walk to beach bars, restaurants & supermarket)
There are 3 Bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 3 bathrooms (all
en suite) and sleeps 6 people
The villa is 2 level "upside down" house with the entrance level
on the first floor and where you will find the lounge, dining,
kitchen and 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct
access to terrace.
In the ground floor Ground floor with double bedroom, air
condition and en suite bathroom.
In addition there is an independent bedroom with small living room
and bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning and en suite
bathroom

LOCATION
Cala Llenya is a family friendly resort on the east coast of Ibiza, 8 kilometres from Santa Eulalia and less than a 10 minute stroll to the larger beach at Cala Nova which is where you will find the beach restaurants of Aiyanna Ibiza, L'Amorigen,and Restaurant Atzaro Beach Cala Nova; and with quite a few beaches to explore on foot for the fit and by car when its too hot
Carry on a little further along the coast and you come to Es Canar with more restaurants, shops and bars to experience
Punta Arab "hippy" market takes place every Wednesday in the summer months, and covers an extensive area in and around Hotel Cala Martina (formerly known as Club Punta Arabí); 4 kilometrs from the villa is Las Dalias which also hosts regular markets and events both day & nightime

TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by

In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early
check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need
to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival
In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.
