HOW TO BOOK YOUR VILLA

When you make a booking we will send you a full rental contract detailing all the terms & conditions and how to make payment

BOOKING DEPOSIT
Booking deposit to confirm is 50%
Remaining 50% balance due 42 days before arrival

PAYMENTS ARE MADE IN EUROS
Currency conversion provided is for indication purposes. If you are not paying in Euros then the exchange rate used will depend on your bank/ credit card provider at the time of the transaction for the deposit & balance payments

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa & Mastercard), debit card or bank transfer (Sorry but we cannot accept American Express)

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
In case of breakages or damage a security deposit of €4,250 will be collected on arrival (or in some cases 48 hours before arrival) & refunded within 48 hours of departure

MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age to rent this villa is normally 30 - if you are lucky enough to be under 30 please ask us

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Bed Linen (Please note that cot sheets are not provided)
Bath towels
Pool towels
Wi-Fi

The villa is cleaned in preparation for your arrival
If required additional cleaning can be arranged for approx. €20 per hour - minimum 3 hours

There is no additional charge for cleaning on departure provided the villa is not left in a condition that is excessively messy & requires additional cleaning above & beyond what is normally necessary

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
Local tax of €2.20 per adult (16+) per night (reducing to €1.10 per adult per night from 10th night)

ARRIVAL PROCESS & KEY COLLECTION
We will confirm arrival details a few weeks before arrival
The house manager will meet you at, or close to, the villa and check you in

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
Check-in time from 16:00 / Check-out time on departure by 10:00 (am)
In the main summer months it is highly unlikely that an early check-in or late check-out will be possible as the villa will need to be fully cleaned in preparation for your arrival

In the quieter months it may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check-out but we won't be able to confirm this until about 24 hours before just in case there is a very late booking either side of your stay.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS / LOCAL LAWS
Please note there are strict rules in Ibiza regarding noise

Noise must reduce at 11pm and must finish by midnight

Parties are not allowed
