✅  Iberian Cured Meats & Selected Cheeses A curated board of premium Iberian charcuterie and Spanish cheeses, accompanied by crisp toasted bread

✅  Spanish Omelette Skewer Soft potato tortilla served with lightly spiced mayonnaise

✅  Padrón Peppers Lightly blistered and finished with flaky sea salt

✅  Burgos Black Pudding Toast Served on artisan bread with piquillo pepper reduction

✅  Anchovies in Vinegar or Traditional Gildas A classic expression of Spanish aperitivo culture
