STARTERS TO SHARE

✅  Dry-cured beef cecina with crispy glass bread and grated tomato

✅  Grilled beef marrow bone, served with fresh pico de gallo

✅  Hand-cut beef steak tartare with cured egg yolk

✅ Iberian pork belly cooked low and slow, finished on the grill with smooth avocado cream.

 

FROM THE GRILL
