STARTERS

✅  Fresh Thai salad with ripe mango, crunchy cabbage, red onion, cucumber, pepper, spearmint, mint and toasted cashews

✅  Roasted pumpkin on silky white bean cream, finished with yuzu vinaigrette and crunchy peanuts

✅  Asian-style grilled vegetables: pak choi, Japanese aubergine, bimi, tomatoes and baby carrots

✅ Steamed baos filled with pulled ribs, pickled vegetables and bean sprouts.
