VILLA SALADA (Cala Salada)
OVERVIEW
Villa Salada is a simple, quirky but lovely villa with 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 (can sleep 8 on request if children, but it will be a squeeze)
You arrive to the villa along a "camino" (an unmade country road) through the pine trees to the villa which benefits from fantastic sea & sunset views
The villa is split level At the main entrance level you have the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar & living area.
There are two bedrooms on this level, one has twin beds (each with a rollaway bed underneath), and the other bedroom has a 4-poster double bed, sea views and en suite bathroom with shower.
The 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance and is on the lower level and leads out to the plunge pool and terrace. This bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom and sea views.
There is a roof terrace, although this terrace and the other terraces have very low terrace walls so we do not recommend this villa for families with young children.
Outside
The plunge pool measure 5 metres x 4 metres with infinity edge and panoramic views to the pine covered bay of Cala Salada and the beautiful blue waters of the sea. Cala Salada is one of the best sunset viewing points on the island and you do get a spectacular vantage point from this villa.
There is a covered seating area to the rear of the villa, and other chill out and seating areas within the grounds.
Due to the villa being amongst the pine trees BBQ's are not allowed
Villa Cala Salada is a no-frills option offering simple living' it's all about the views and access to Punta Galera which is 400 metres away
