Can Basso (Villa Bosss Nova) is a beautiful traditional / modern 6 bedroom Ibiza villa located in the heart of the beautiful Ibiza countryside. Nearby to the villa are the Atzaro Hotel & the Ibiza Polo Club.
The villa is a fusion of traditional & modern. This Ibiza finca has been featured in several style & design magazines, with many exposed brick walls and original features, but with a modern kitchen. This is a cool and unpretentious villa and we think will be most appreciated by people who work perhaps as architects and other creative industries. We think this villa oozes class and is a great choice if you want to avoid overly modern (and sometimes lacking character) and avoid somewhere too rustic.
The house is simply styled with rooms having either exposed brick, or clean white polished concrete walls. The whole house is on one floor. There are 6 bedrooms, each with an En-suite bathroom and all individually styled using mostly natural wood and stone. All the bedrooms are accessed from the central hallway, so will suit families as well as friends.
The kitchen is quite minimalist but fully equipped. The exposed brick walls sit side by side with modern gadgets. The kitchen leads to the lounge with direct access to the outside area and the pool. There is a large dining room as well as a room that can be used as an office or a second living room.
There is a second outside space, also courtyard style which is ideal for dining or just relaxing.
The countryside views will immediately make you feel relaxed.
The nearest beach & resort is 4.5 kilometres away at Santa Eulalia but there are many other beaches, with beach clubs & restaurants within a 20-minute drive.
Ibiza Town is 14 kilometres away (16.5 kilometres to the marina), Santa Eulalia is about 4.5 kilometres. Cala Nova beach is 9.5 kilometres. The villages of San Lorenzo 5.2 kilometres, San Carlos 8 kilometres & Santa Gertrudis 10.6 kilometres.
