Playa d’en Bossa Beach – South Ibiza

Playa d’en Bossa is one of the longest, liveliest and best-known beaches in Ibiza. Located just south of Ibiza Town, this long stretch of golden sand combines clear Mediterranean water with beach clubs, restaurants, watersports and some of the island’s most famous nightlife.

The beach stretches for approximately 2.7km, so there is plenty of space to find your preferred spot. Some sections have a lively atmosphere, while others are better suited to a relaxing day beside the sea.

One of the biggest attractions of Playa d’en Bossa is the excellent choice of places to eat and drink directly beside the beach.

Nassau Beach Club is one of the area's established beach clubs, combining beachfront dining, sunbeds and a lively Ibiza atmosphere.

Next door, Tanit Beach Ibiza offers Mediterranean dining, comfortable beach beds and waiter service, making it a popular choice for a leisurely lunch and afternoon by the sea.

Towards the southern end of the beach, Coco Beach Ibiza is another well-known option for restaurant dining beside the sand.

Beachouse Ibiza offers a more bohemian Ibiza experience, with Mediterranean food, music and a relaxed setting directly on Playa d’en Bossa.

Other options include The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza, plus numerous restaurants, cafés and bars set just behind the beachfront.

During the busy summer months, advance restaurant and beach-bed reservations are recommended.

Things to Do

Playa d’en Bossa is a good choice if you want more than sunbathing. Watersports are available along the beach, while boat services provide connections towards Ibiza Town and other destinations.

The resort is also famous for its nightlife, with major venues within easy walking distance of the beach.

Getting to Playa d’en Bossa

Playa d’en Bossa is conveniently located between Ibiza Town and Ibiza Airport, making it one of the easiest beaches to reach in South Ibiza. Parking can be found in the surrounding streets and car parks, although spaces can be limited during peak summer months.
