Secure Booking

We offer secure & protected payments, for most villas we feaure, when making the payment for your villa

For many villas we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking (for some villas payment is required n full at the time of booking to take advantage of savings of up to 15%) with the remaining balance due 42/65 or 90 days before arrival depending on the villa

A small number of villas require a 50% deposit, with the balance payment due 42 or 90 days before arrival (depending on the villa) but we will confirm all the terms and conditions to you before you have paid the deposit to secure the villa.

Many credit & debit card payments do not incur any additional charges (a small fee applies for some villas) and you can pay online via the secure link we will provide you with at the time of booking. If payment is only allowed by bank transfer then we will communicate this at the time of booking

Please check with your bank / credit card provider regarding the likely exchange rate and any additional fees they may apply

For some villas we can accept American Express but only for selected villas

For other villas we can only accept payment by bank transfer

Because the payment for these villas is made directly to the villa owner
