At least one member of the group must be aged 28 or over and must be present at check-in to collect the keys. Valid passports for every member of the group must be supplied when booking for age verification and will be checked again on arrival.
2. All-male groups: Sorry guys, the owner doesn't accept bookings from all male groups.
3. Booking requirements: The reservation may be cancelled if the above booking requirements are not met.
4. Security deposit: A security deposit of €2,000 is payable by card on arrival.
5. Noise agreement: Guests are required to sign an agreement confirming that they will respect the property's noise restrictions.
