The pretty village of San Agustín (Sant Agustí des Vedrà) is just a short drive away, while Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and San Antonio Bay are all easily accessible.

With five double bedrooms, five en-suite bathrooms, a large private swimming pool and numerous outdoor entertaining areas, Finca Lavanda is an excellent choice for families and groups of up to 10 guests looking for a luxury villa in West Ibiza.

Traditional Ibizan Finca with Contemporary Luxury

Behind Finca Lavanda's charming whitewashed Ibicenco façade is a beautifully renovated home where traditional Ibiza architecture meets creative contemporary design.

Whitewashed walls, natural stone floors and traditional wooden ceilings retain the character of the original finca, while large windows, colourful furnishings and carefully selected design details create bright and welcoming interiors.

The result is a villa that feels authentic and relaxed while providing the comfort expected from a luxury Ibiza holiday home.

Private Swimming Pool & Mediterranean Gardens

At the heart of Finca Lavanda's outdoor space is its impressive 11m x 5m private swimming pool.

The turquoise pool is surrounded by a wooden sun terrace with loungers, creating an idyllic place to spend long Ibiza afternoons beneath the Mediterranean sun. Views extend towards the neighbouring pine-covered hillsides, enhancing the villa's peaceful countryside atmosphere.

The surrounding gardens are filled with pine trees, palms, olive trees, Mediterranean shrubs and colourful flowers.

A shaded poolside chill-out cabana provides comfortable seating for escaping the midday sunshine or enjoying drinks as evening approaches.

Closer to the house, a traditional wooden-slatted pergola shelters another large outdoor lounge with bright sofas overlooking the pool.

Outdoor Dining & BBQ

Finca Lavanda has been designed for Ibiza's outdoor lifestyle.

A striking reclaimed-wood dining table provides seating for up to 14 guests, surrounded by palms and olive trees. Overhead lights create a magical setting after sunset, making this a wonderful space for relaxed al-fresco dinners with family and friends.

The villa also features a large gas BBQ, perfect for informal lunches and summer evening meals beside the pool.

Whether you are enjoying a leisurely breakfast, a BBQ after returning from the beach or dinner beneath the Ibiza night sky, there are plenty of spaces for socialising outdoors.

Rooftop Sunset Terrace

One of Finca Lavanda's most relaxing spaces is its rooftop chill-out terrace.

Floor cushions and peaceful views across the gardens create a secluded retreat above the main house. Look through the surrounding treetops and you can glimpse the Mediterranean sparkling on the horizon.

As the sun begins to set over Ibiza's west coast, the terrace becomes a particularly special place to unwind with a drink and enjoy the evening light.

Spacious Living & Dining Areas

Inside, Finca Lavanda continues its relaxed combination of traditional Ibiza style and contemporary comfort.

The main interior dining area features comfortable bench seating around a glass dining table with space for approximately eight guests.

Nearby, a separate sofa lounge provides a cosy indoor chill-out area - ideal for relaxing away from the midday heat or spending quieter evenings at the villa.

Traditional wooden ceilings, white walls and natural materials are complemented by colourful artwork and furnishings, giving the interiors plenty of personality.

Large Fully Equipped Kitchen

The villa's spacious kitchen is both practical and sociable.

Exposed stone walls and bleached-wood cabinetry combine with contemporary finishes, while large windows allow natural light to flood the room and provide beautiful views across the gardens.

The kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable self-catering villa holiday, alongside a breakfast bar and dining table with seating for six.

Its generous layout makes it an enjoyable gathering place for preparing breakfast before heading to the beach or sharing drinks and food in the evening.

5 Double Bedrooms with En-Suite Bathrooms

Finca Lavanda has five spacious double bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests.

Every bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, providing excellent privacy for couples, families and groups travelling together.

Each bedroom has its own individual character while sharing the villa's bright, understated style. White walls, natural textures and carefully chosen decorative touches create calm and comfortable sleeping spaces.

All five bedrooms also benefit from air conditioning.

The en-suite bathrooms are equally distinctive, including eye-catching design features such as a large waterfall shower surrounded by pink mosaic tiling.
