Built in 2016 the villa sits just behind neighbouring property, Casa Oceana S'Argamassa, (so for a large group you can book both villas at the same time if you are a group of up to eighteen people)
A coastal path leads to beaches including Cala Pada, Niu Blau, to the right and Nikki Beach Ibiza to the left
