Modern and Front line. Walking distance to beaches and beach
restaurants and close to the large resort of Santa Eulalia. This is
a residential area and also a large hotel is close by (Iberostar
Selection Santa Eulalia) but this area of Ibiza is mostly popular
with families and couples so noise laws should be respected from
11pm . You are overlooked by the villa behind you (Casa Tranquila
S'Argamassa) but it's in a great location as you can step right on
to the beach
