OVERVIEW
Villa Can Rimbau Heights is a large villa located in the upmarket area of Can Besso/Can Rimbau 3 kilometres to the centre of Ibiza Town
This is a high end villa with marble floors in all rooms All bedrooms all have air-conditioning & en suite bathrooms. The villa is made up of the main house with access on request to additional bedrooms located in a separate apartment style building next to the pool
On the ground level is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, large living area with floor to ceiling windows (and Yamaha baby grand piano) that leads out to the covered dining area overlooking the pool and the sea. There are also sofas at the far end if this extensive terrace
On the first floor is a smaller living area with floor to ceiling windows and sea views Terrace with dining table and chairs and parasols Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two are located on the first floor
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has a double bed with large bathroom, with access to the large first floor terrace which is also accessed from the living room. There is an additional double bedroom on the first floor On the ground floor there are a further 2 double bedrooms (and a small room with twin beds which is available on request)

Oversize swimming pool measuring 18 metres x 5 metres. The pool is maintained, and the loungers prepared for you every morning excluding Sunday.

Daily cleaning (excluding Sunday) provided for 5 hours per day. If required this member of staff can prepare breakfast on request.
