VILLA SOLANA (Cala Salada)
OVERVIEW
Villa Solana is a modern architect designed villa with 5 bedrooms with incredible panoramic sea views and even more spectacular sunset views from the gardens & pool area. The villa is located close to the area and beach of Cala Salada and near to the beaches of Cala Gracio and Cala Gracioneta. The busy resort of San Antonio is close by but if you choose not to go there then you will not even know it is there, however San Antonio does have some iconic places to visit including Pikes, Cafe Mambo and the area around the Marina has some excellent restaurants.
The villa has been constructed over 3 floors You enter at the ground floor with large open plan living / dining & kitchen area which leads directly to the pool and gardens. The kitchen is modern with large fridge freezer The living area is a mix of whitewashed walls and polished concrete, and floor to ceiling windows leading to the gardens and pool There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, and one of these bedrooms has twin beds, air con, en suite bathroom and a separate entrance which leads to the gardens and pool. The other bedroom has a double bed, air con and en suite bathroom.
There is a lower ground level with another bedroom with twin beds, air con and en suite bathroom.
On the first floor are the remaining two bedrooms, both with a double bed, air-con and en suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms can also accommodate an extra bed to sleep 11 in the villa in total if required. The first floor also has an office space.
Outside
There is a covered dining & seating area that is accessed from the main living area on the ground floor which leads to the large swimming pool and at the far end of the garden is a simple chill out area with sofas.
