VILLA SA GAITA (Sant Joan/San Juan)

OVERVIEW

Villa Sa Gaita is a high end modern boutique style family villa with 8 bedrooms close to Sant Joan de Labritja (San Juan) in the north of Ibiza

The villa is located between San Miguel & San Juan (Sant Joan) so is in a great location for getting around the island, but will suit a family or couples looking for a relaxed holiday in a high-specification villa.

The villa features include windows with heat reflective properties to reduce the inside temperature Hi Speed Wi-Fi

There are 8 bedrooms; 6 bedrooms are situated in the main house and 2 bedrooms are located in a separate house 25 metres from the main house

Main house:

The master bedroom is on the first floor with air conditioning and en suite bathroom Furnished terrace with views to the pool and gardens

3 bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom; all with access to the outside

Outside: Outside the large swimming pool measures 12 metres x 4 metres. There is also a sunken Jacuzzi (heated) next to the pool.

The outside dining area has been designed & furnished to a standard consistent with the rest of the villa. A well-equipped outside kitchen & beautiful outside dining area with BBQ, induction hob, sink & small fridge.

In addition, there is also an outside shower & 2 covered seating areas

Grounds within which the owner has a horse; although for insurance purposes riding can not be arranged we can arrange for children to feed and wash the horse if required

Please be aware that the villa is set close to the road between San Miguel & San Juan, but the pool & outside dining area are to the back of the house. The inside is fully insulated so we don't believe that you will be disturbed by any road noise.

Daily breakfast (continental) is included and prepared for you by a professional chef (excluding Sunday) between 9.00am to 10:30am

Cleaning is included / Breakfast is included In low season (from March 23rd to May 16th & from September 20th to November 28th):

Cleaning service: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 2 pax 3h/day. Change of towels and sheets once a week. Continental breakfast not included but can be provided on request for an additional cost

In high season (from May 17th to September 19th):

Cleaning service: Monday, Wednesday & Friday x 3 hours: Change of towels twice a week and sheets once a week.
Continental breakfast with private chef from 09:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m, except Sunday.
