OVERVIEW
Villa Sa Capella is a beautiful traditional country house in a quiet location close to San Antonio. Pikes Ibiza and west coast beaches. The villa is set within a huge rural plot of 120,000 square metres with pine tree covered hills to provide a tranquil setting.
The villa is full of character and charm, styled beautifully by the family that has owned the villa for generations and respecting the history and heritage of the house that dates back over 350 years. Villa Sa Capella makes you feel instantly relaxed from the moment you arrive along the track and into the rural setting
The villa has 6 bedrooms All bedrooms have air conditioning and 4 bedrooms have en suite bathroom
The master bedroom is on the first floor of the main house with a 4 poster double bed, air conditioning, office /study, terrace and large en suite bathroom. The bedroom, bathroom and terrace all have the traditional Sabina wood ceiling. The terrace has a sofa and views towards San Antonio Bay
Downstairs take you to the colonial style living room, again with traditional Sabina wooden ceilings, and 2 bedrooms are accessed directly from the living room: These 2 bedrooms both have a double bed and air conditioning. There is a bathroom between these 2 bedrooms
The remaining 3 bedrooms are joined to the main house but each room also has their own entrance The studio room has a double bed, air conditioning, small kitchen and living area (2 additional beds can be added here on request to sleep 4 in this room and 14 in the villa in total). The entrance door takes you to the swimming pool
Two additional bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning and each with separate entrance that take to the pool make up the 6 bedrooms The fully equipped kitchen leads to a dining area and gardens to the right of the villa The colonial style living room is 5 metres high and built with very thick stone walls to moderate the temperature In addition there is a terrace / chill out area accessed from the living room
The old flour mill is now an additional living room located just a few metres from the main house

To the right of the villa is the large swimming pool is 14 metres long and 6 metres wide with fantastic panoramic views

The very well equipped outdoor shaded dining area has a BBQ, fridge, sink and large wooden table than can seat 14+
As the sun sets behind the hill to the right of the villa the orange sky provides a beautiful setting. In fact you can walk over the hill towards the beaches of Cala Salada and also to the restaurant Sa Capella
This villa is also a great option for weddings & events. Smaller weddings can be accommodated around the pool and for weddings of any size but with a maximum of 120 guests
