OVERVIEW
Villa Petunia is reached along a country track and is nestled amongst the pine tree covered hills, with distant sea views and from where you also have views to the iconic Es Vedra island. The nearest beach is the relaxed and family friendly sandy beach at Cala Vadella only about 3 kilometres away, which is also well known for experiencing fantastic sunsets throughout most of the year; Villa Petunia is west facing so you will also experience the sunset through the trees, particularly from the upper floor of the house.
This is a lovely traditional country villa fusing stone walls with many modern touches including a well equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. You also have a terrace overlooking the pool which is ideal for any time of day, but especially magical at sunset.
On the ground floor are the 2 remaining bedrooms, both with air conditioning and en suite bathroom. Both have twin beds but may be able to be dressed as doubles if required
In addition the, mostly, open plan kitchen and living room The kitchen is modern and has an island and breakfast bar
