VILLA MONTE DALT (Sant Josep)
OVERVIEW
Villa Monte Dalt is close to the village of San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) and only about 15 minutes by car to Ibiza Town and beaches in the south and west. The original villa building dates back over 330 years and is set within a 10,000 square metres plot. There are 6 bedrooms split over 2 floors.
All bedrooms have air conditioning Beds are normally set up as double beds but can be set up as twin beds on request On the first floor are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom with twin / double bed, air con, en suite bathroom and a terrace with views across the countryside to the sea in the distance A bedroom with twin / double bed, air con and en suite bathroom Another bedroom with twin / double bed, air con and small balcony that faces towards the sea. This bedroom has a spiral staircase that leads to the bedroom below on the ground floor On the ground floor are the 3 remaining bedrooms The bedroom mentioned previously that is linked to the first floor by the spiral staircase. This bedroom has a door leading to the gardens at the front of the villa. The bed is a double sofa bed and the room has air con and en suite bathroom 5th bedroom with twin / double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom 6th bedroom with twin / double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen and the colonial style living room that leads to the front of the house with a dining area that is shaded from the vines that grow on top of the gazebo
There is also an additional smaller living room at the front of the villa which leads to the swimming pool.
There is a large indoor/outdoor dining area opposite the swimming pool which has a charcoal BBQ with chimney and fridge for this all important cold drinks by the pool. The swimming pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres, with loungers, parasols and daybed
At the far end of the pool is a seating / chill out area Behind the villa on the hillside are pine trees that provide a beautiful backdrop
The location provides a relaxing place to stay but being close the some of the best beaches and restaurants Ibiza has to offer
