Villa Cana Lucia is situated in a quiet corner of Southwest Ibiza close to the high end areas of Porroig, Es Cubells and Cala Jondal; as well as some of the smaller and less well known beaches; but with easy access to other larger beaches and Ibiza Town
There are 5 bedrooms to sleep 8 (10 on request) All bedrooms have air conditioning 4 Bathrooms, 2 en suite
The villa has been built over 2 floors On the first floor is the Master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, en suite bathroom and terrace that looks over to the pool and gardens
The remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor Bedroom with double bed, air con and en suite bathroom Bedroom with double bed, air con and a shared terrace Bedroom with twin beds, air con and a shared terrace Additional bedroom with twin beds is also available on request
Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine is located in the garage) and living/dining room which leads to the outside dining area, gardens and swimming pool
The pool is approx. 12 metres x 6 metres (abstract shape) with steps
There are loungers and parasols and a garden with grass and some mature trees
At the far end of the pool is a small gym area with shower
Close to the villa is the outside BBQ and dining area with shade and table for 10
Parking for 3 cars and gated entrance The total plot size is 3,000 square metres
